Before introducing Jabri, Unimarket's primary challenge was how to screen candidates efficiently, while also gaining a deeper sense of who candidates were. Speed was the biggest issue.
In early 2019 the business was growing and hiring regularly, averaging about 4-5 new hires per month. Combined with the surge in job applications, the process became unsustainable.
However, since using Jabri's video interviewing platform, Unimarket has been able to assess hundreds of potential hires much faster than before, across sales, marketing, finance and tech - all through the Jabri platform
