Before introducing Jabri, Unimarket's primary challenge was how to screen candidates efficiently, while also gaining a deeper sense of who candidates were. Speed was the biggest issue.
In early 2019 the business was growing and hiring regularly, averaging about 4-5 new hires per month. Combined with the surge in job applications, the process became unsustainable.
